Your garments will arrive in a 'Biothene' bag, which is totally degradable. It also has two sealing strips on the back, so if you need to return your garments for any reason, you can re-use the bag.

VIRTUAL GIFTWRAP; Yes, we know groovy paper can look lovely, but we like trees. So, please visit our FREE STUFF section and download any of the designs we would have printed as gift-wrap if we were lumberjacks.

Postage and packing charges are indicated and will be stated at the CHECKOUT section of this website. They're often FREE! Even if you live miles away!

Providing all items in your order are in stock, we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, which should be just a few days, but if they are not in stock, since our products are virtually all hand-printed, please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Please also allow extra time for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland and for deliveries overseas.

IF YOU HAVE AN URGENT ORDER, because it's something like a last minute gift, or you momentarily forgot just how good you can feel wearing Tribe clothing, we can make special arrangements, (possibly not deliveries accompanied by special choral arrangements or reindeer, but definitely couriers).

We will do all that we reasonably can to make deliveries as quickly as possible. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the delivery date we will contact you.

Parcels and packages are normally sent via Royal Mail. Delivery of the Goods shall be made by our carrier to the address for delivery shown in the Order Form. It is important that this address is accurate. Once the Goods have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions, you will be responsible for them. Our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence or due to a manufacturing design or design fault will cease upon delivery.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Sorry, but stuff can get taken or lost or can't be tracked.
